7 days!

7 days until we are officially Oklahomans again. Thank goodness! I am tired of pledging to the Texas flag every morning.

We will be officially moved out of our apartment today. Everything is comin home tonight! Even Freddy and Chloe. But, we still have one more week of school after today. We will most likely be staying in a hotel next week.

Jake and I are taking some certification tests tomorrow at our Alma Mater (does that work for college??) We both start at 7:15. I should be finished by noon, but Jake won't be finished until around 3:30. My goal is also to find a new pool pump on Saturday. I'm ready to get that pool going! Sianora algae! (Obviously I am not the spelling bee champion!!!)

Lots of people have asked me about jobs for next year. As of today, Jake and I do not have jobs for next year. I had an interview on Monday and Jake had one on Wednesday. I also have one more scheduled on June 8th. I will keep you posted!

It's Friday. One week down. Three to go!

This weekend Jake and I are going to try to get the majority of the packing finished. Jake took off next Friday to move things back to OK. I'm sure he could use some help.... if anyone is interested =) I think he said something about Billy offering. I'm not sure. Maybe he just volunteered him.

I'm currently at school waiting to be picked up. There are a gazillion things I should be doing, but ya know....... they are not going to get finished today.

I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I didn't think I was going to make it this far. I came close to giving up many many times. But, I am glad that I stuck it out. I got my reading scores back today and over 90% of my class passed. Yea!

Oh.. I can get hurricane harbor tickets for $20 and six flag tickets for $26. If your interested, let me know a.s.a.p.!

Where to start??

How about KFC. I was able to come home early yesterday and just happened to turn on Oprah when she was announcing the FREE KFC meal coupon on her website. Jake and I took advantage of this and waited an hour in line to get two grilled chicken meals.

We have a new neice! Eternity Grace. She was born on Monday. 7 lbs 1 oz. 19 inches long. Can't wait to meet her!

School has slowed down quite a bit. Testing is finally over and it actually feels pretty normal now. I no longer need to arrive early or leave late. I have been leaving at 3:45 every day. After tomorrow we will have only 4 weeks left!

We will be in P.V. this weekend. There is a lot going on... Dad's birthday, Mother's Day, Mike's Graduation Party, Star Trek...
